We collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth) when you create an account. We also store trade journal entries, prop firm account data, and AI analysis results that you voluntarily submit.
Your data is used solely to provide the PreTradeAI service — to authenticate you, display your journal and analysis history, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis (chart data you upload is sent to Anthropic for processing), Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@pretradeai.com.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
